Timelines
Stewards who report and make payments according to the Revised (Phase 1 and 2) Fee Schedule in the Rules are considered to be in good standing with OES and compliant with the Waste Diversion Act (WDA) and the WEEE Program Plan Rules. NOTE: When paying your invoice by EFT or wire transfer, please remember to indicate the OES invoice number(s) being paid.

Reporting and Remitting Timelines
Stewards notified of the Program Rules are responsible for filing their first Steward's Reports within 91 days of the date of notification (date printed on the notification letter). After the initial report, Stewards will need to ensure they file monthly reports with respect to each Data Period as outlined in Section 5 of the Program Rules.
Stewards must reports and pay fees for all EEE supplied in Ontario, no later than 30 days after the last day of the data period (the "Deadline Date"). When the Deadline Date does not fall on a business day, reports and fees must be paid on the next business day.
