PEP Terms, Conditions and Guidelines
To be eligible to receive Promotion and Education Program (PEP) funding, each successful applicant agreed to the following terms. This limited time program ended on March 31, 2012. These terms remain in effect for all those who seek reimbursement for eligible items:
- the event or collection site is/was open to the public
- the site or collection site is/was posted on www.recycleyourelectronics.ca
- the site or event provides/d free, public drop-off of all applicable end-of-life electronics
- all end-of-life electronics collected are/were generated within Ontario
- all promotional materials for the site or event include(d) the URL for recycleyourelectronics.ca
- promotional materials use(d) the OES identifier that signifies the host’s relationship with OES (Service Provider, Affiliate, or Approved Event)
- identifiers will be/were presented in accordance with OES branding guidelines
- event or collection site host will/did comply with OES reporting and invoicing requirements
- OES reserves the right to conduct site audits at an affiliate location if the affiliate received funding or any promotional materials through PEP
- Invoices must be submitted to receive payment for eligible external promotional items or services
- PEP expense receipts must be sent in within 30 days following promotional charges or by no later than May 31, 2012
- PEP reporting must be submitted the earliest of up to 30 days following the charge(s) and/or event(s) or no later than May 31, 2012
