Promotion and Education Program Fund: Program Year 3 Reimbursement

We thank the many sites and events for spreading the word about recycleyourelectronics.ca and safe, responsible handling of end-of-life electronics, and keeping e-waste out of Ontario’s landfills.
PEP Reports Due Within 30 Days of Event or by May 31, 2012
To receive reimbursement, all PEP event recipients must complete a report by the earliest of 30 days following event completion or May 31, 2012. You will need to include invoices to receive payment for eligible external promotional items or services.
Permanent collection sites that were approved for promotions under PEP must notify OES of charges incurred as they are occur and within 30 days following, then complete a full report as soon as the $1,000 allocation is exhausted, or earlier if no further expenditure will occur. The final day to submit reports and invoices is May 31, 2012, following which, the PEP reimbursement form will be closed.
