Apply and Register

Our Online Application and Registration system allows:

• EEE Stewards - including Brand Owners, First Importers and Assemblers to register to receive their Steward Number, login ID and password needed to file monthly Steward Reports as well as register Remitters acting on their behalf
• Organizations who wish to participate in the program as Remitters and Sub-Remitters to register in order to enter into voluntary Agreements with Stewards to report and remit fees on the Stewards' behalf
• Service Providers– including Primary Processors, Transporter/Consolidators, Refurbishers, and Collection Site Operators - to apply to become OES-Approved

Apply

1. Access the Online Application and Registration System.
2. Click on <New Application>.
3. Complete the mandatory registration fields and declare that you are a Service Provider and identify each type (e.g., Collector, Transporter, etc.)
4. Check all applicable fields and click on the <Create Application> button to save and submit.
5. Check your email for an Application Number. Save this information for your records.
6. Read instructions on the application process, and click <Continue> to login and to continue to the application process

Register

1. Enter your email, password and newly created "Application Number." Click the <Login> button.
2. Complete the “Application for Registration” and “Main Contact” pages. All fields with asterisks are required/mandatory. Click <Save & Continue>.
3. Next you will see a tool bar at the top of the screen with a summary of the information submitted suring the declaration portion of the registration. Review this information and edit it as needed. Users can toggle between fields and save this information as needed. When you are ready, click on <Submit>.
4. Complete all  mandatory fields and click <Save>. Remember to upload all required files when completing this section. OES will not review incomplete submissions.
