About Fees

As a retailer you are at the forefront of the initiative to keep unwanted electronics out of landfill.  Your customers and staff will look to you for information about environmental handling fees - “EHF” or “eco fees” - seeking information from someone “in the know".

To help you provide current and reliable information, we have developed brochures that will answer key questions about the program and fees. We encourage you to provide these brochures to your sales staff and make them available to your customers.

Please shred and recycle any old brochures

If you have copies of any old brochures (i.e. with fees that continue through July 31, 2011), please shred and recycle them now. From August 1, 2011, the information contained in these brochures is no longer fully accurate.
