To that end, we host webinars, webcasts and in person meetings with various groups to ensure that program changes are communicated in a way that makes sense and that we obtain feedback from the people who are most affected.
Education Webcast for Stewards, Remitters and Sub-Remitters on Processor Incentive ("PI")

As part of a pan-stakeholder consultation on the financial incentives paid to processors, OES presented an educational webcast for stewards, remitters and sub-remitters on Tuesday, January 24, 2012. The webcast was intended to provide background on PI, and introduce an online survey through which this audience would be invited to provide feedback on this topic.
OES thanks all stewards, remitters and sub-remitters who completed the online survey before its closing date of Thursday, February 2 at 5:00 p.m

Webcast to Communicate August 1, 2011 Steward Fee Changes

OES steward fees changed in most categories effective August 1, 2011. To help to ensure that everyone in the information technology/consumer electronics supply chain was made aware of these changes, OES hosted a webcast that provided essential information for all Stewards, Remitters, Sub-remitters and Retailers.
