    Toronto ON (November 28, 2012) - Waste Diversion Ontario (WDO) has approved a proposal brought forward by Ontario Electronic Stewardship (OES) to adjust environmental handling fees across all electronic and electrical equipment categories. The revised EHF will be effective January 1, 2013 and remain in place until the industry-lead proposal for cost recovery of end-of-life electronics is finalized and implemented pursuant to the direction of the Ministry of the Environment.       November 23, 2012 (Toronto)—Ontario Electronic Stewardship (OES) is pleased to announce that Electronics Product Stewardship Canada (EPSC) and the Retail Council of Canada (RCC) together appointed a new slate of members to the OES Board of Directors effective November 8, 2012. The new OES Board includes members that also serve as directors of Electronics Products Recycling Association (EPRA), the national non-profit entity charged with improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Canada’s industry-led and regulated electronics stewardship programs.
