The Ontario Electronic Stewardship trademark and RecycleYourElectronics.ca logo may not be used without the prior consent of an Ontario Electronic Stewardship’s authorized representative. The OES and RECYCLE YOUR ELECTRONICS marks are the property of Ontario Electronic Stewardship; unauthorized use prohibited."

Ontario Electronic Stewardship may, at its sole discretion, authorize the use of its OES Service Provider, OES Affiliate or OES-Approved Event identifiers to promote its program, particularly on a third party website, intranet, extranet; as part of trade fairs, conferences and other promotional events; or in any other context where you may wish to promote your organization and business relationship with Ontario Electronic Stewardship.
